Cintas Corporation (Nasdaq: CTAS) announced that the Company's Board ofDirectors approved a 64 cents per share annual dividend at its meeting today.This dividend represents an 18.5% increase over last year's annual dividend of54 cents per share. This dividend is payable on December 12, 2012, toshareholders of record as of November 9, 2012.Robert J. Kohlhepp, Chairman of the Board of Cintas said, "We had record salesand earnings per share for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2012. Given theseexcellent results together with our strong financial position, we are pleasedto announce an increase in the dividend for the 30^th consecutive year. Thedividend together with our share buyback program during the year continues todemonstrate our commitment to increasing shareholder value."
