(NASDAQ: CWST) (the "Company"), a vertically-integrated solidwaste, recycling and resource management services company, announcedtoday the early results of its previously announced cash tender offerand consent solicitation (the "Offer") with respect to the 11% SeniorSecond Lien Notes due 2014 (CUSIP Number 147448AD6) (the "Notes") ofthe Company. As of 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on October 5, 2012 (the "EarlyTender Date"), $107,318,000 of the principal amount of the Notes hadbeen validly tendered and not withdrawn, which representedapproximately 59.6% of the outstanding aggregate principal amount ofthe Notes. Today (the "Initial Acceptance Date"), the Companyaccepted for purchase and made payment for (the "Initial Payment")all of the Notes that were validly tendered at or prior to the EarlyTender Date.
