Investors Bancorp (NASDAQ: ISBC) and Marathon Banking Corporation jointly announced today that they have received all necessary regulatory approvals to proceed with the acquisition of Marathon Banking Corporation by Investors Bancorp. The merger is anticipated to be complete at the close of business on Monday, October 15, 2012.
