Trulia (NYSE: TRLA) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. Trulia is offering 5,000,000 shares of common stock and certain selling stockholders are offering 1,000,000 shares of common stock. In addition, Trulia has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional shares of common stock offered by Trulia at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on September 20, 2012 under the symbol “TRLA.” See full press release
