Biomet, Inc. announced today the commencement of a tender offer (“TenderOffer”) to purchase for cash any and all of its 10% Senior Notes due 2017(CUSIP Nos. 090613AC4; 550785AA7; U55004AA0) (the “Senior Notes”) and up to$500 million of its outstanding 11 5/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2017(CUSIP Nos. 090613AE0; 550785AE9; U55004AC6) (the “Senior Subordinated Notes”and, together with the Senior Notes, the “Notes”).
