Infosys Ltd (NASDAQ: INFY) announced its plans to acquire Lodestone Holding AG for an enterprise value of 330 million swiss francs ($350 million) in cash. The deal is likely to close by the end of October 2012.Infosys shares rose 2.26% to close at $45.66 on Friday.
