Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) announced that a purported class action filed against the Company and two other cellular operators, in August 2011, without stating the amount claimed, in connection with charges alleged to be in violation of of their licenses, was dismissed with prejudice. The purported class action related to alleged charges that were based on units which are different than the units allegedly required by the defendants' licenses, for calls initiated or received by the subscribers while abroad.
