MTS Systems Corporation(NASDAQ: MTSC), a leading global supplier of high performance test systems andposition sensors, is pleased to announce that the U.S. Attorney's Office hassigned the settlement agreement previously referenced in the Company's July31, 2012 press release. The U.S. Attorney's Office has concluded itsinvestigation, and this settlement resolves all civil and criminalliabilities. The $7.75 million settlement cost will be paid in the fourthquarter of fiscal 2012.
