DARA BioSciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: DARA) announced today that it has entered intoan exclusive distribution agreement with Seyer Pharmatec Inc. for the sale anddistribution of Soltamox (tamoxifen citrate, oral solution) in theCommonwealth of Puerto Rico. DARA plans to launch Soltamox later this year.
