MEMC Electronic posted a quarterly net loss of $61.3 million, or $0.27 per share, versus a year-ago net income of $47.3 million, or $0.21 per share.Its adjusted profit came in at $0.14 per share. MEMC Electronic's GAAP gross margin declined to 13.2% from 24.3%.Its revenue climbed 8% to $808.4 million.MEMC Electronic shares closed at $2.06 yesterday.
