PostNL NV (OTC: PNLYY) reported a 15.1% decline in its operating income for the second quarter.PostNL's quarterly revenue climbed 1.6% to 1.04 billion euros, from 1.02 billion euros, in the year-ago period. Its operating income dropped to 79 million euros, versus 93 million euros.PostNL's underlying operating income climbed 9% to 97 million euros, while net profit dropped to 43 million euros, from 1.77 billion euros.PostNL shares closed at $4.02 on Friday.
