Contrary to reports that suggest Office 15 will be a Windows 8 exclusive, the converged view among industry insiders is that the new program will come to one of Apple's (NASDAQ: AAPL) most popular devices."Converged view is that Office 15 will, in addition to [the Microsoft] platforms, will also be available on Apple iPad," said Trip Chowdhry, the Managing Director of Equity Research at Global Equities Research, who sent out an e-mail update on Microsoft this afternoon.
