(Nasdaq: KTOS), a leading National Security Solutions provider, announced today that its SecureInfo cybersecurity group has been appointed by the Air Force as a licensed commercial Agent of the Certifying Authority (ACA).SecureInfo's selection is based on the depth of its senior information assurance talent and the company's extensive track record of successfully helping the Air Force secure its information assets. SecureInfo, working on behalf of the Air Force Senior Information Assurance Officer (AF SIAO), will serve as an independent and trusted agent; conduct system security assessments; and provide fact-based security analysis under the Air Force Certification and Accreditation Program (AFCAP) and in direct support of program managers and system owners. SecureInfo's designation as a licensed ACA is part of a broad effort to expand the pool of expert resources available to support the AFCAP.
