Migao projects to pay an annual cash dividend of around 6 Canadian cents a share.Migao posted a quarterly net loss of C$1.0 million ($981,300), or 2 Canadian cents a basic share, versus a year-ago profit of C$8.8 million, or 17 Canadian cents a basic share. Excluding charges, the company earned 5 Canadian cents a basic share.Its sales surged 18% to C$138.8 million.
