Caltex Australia Ltd (OTC: CTXAY) expects a rise in its first-half profit.Caltex Australia projects net profit for the period on a replacement-cost-of-sales operating basis to surge to A$185 million-A$205 million, versus A$113 million in the year-ago period. It expects net profit on an historic cost profit basis of A$150 million to A$170 million, versus A$270 million.
