Center Bancorp, Inc.(Nasdaq: CNBC), parent company to Union Center National Bank, ("UCNB"), ofUnion, New Jersey, announced today that at its Board meeting dated May 24,2012 the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.055 pershare. This represents an increase of $0.025 or 83.37% to the dividend.
