Science Applications International Corporation (NYSE: SAI) today announced it was awarded a prime contract by the U.S. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic to provide engineering and prototyping integration, software integration, and technical support services for tactical vehicles. The multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract has a one-year base period of performance, four one-year options, and a total contract value of approximately $698 million if all options are exercised. Work will be performed primarily in Charleston, S.C., with potential tasking at U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps facilities worldwide.
