Overland Storage (NASDAQ: OVRL) today announced a strategic agreement with NexStor, a UK based data systems integrator specialising in storage solutions for clients across the FTSE 500, NHS primary care trusts, UK universities and investment banks. Under this agreement, NexStor will resell Overland's entire end-to-end data management and protection solutions with a particular emphasis on the disk based SnapServer DX Series, which was launched in October 2011. Mike Tonks at NexStor, said: “We are excited to provide Overland's solutions to our clients. In particular, the SnapServer DX Series provides a scalable storage solution for the SMB market. With the product being so easy to install and use, it's also the perfect solution for departments and branches within bigger organisations. This enables our customers to effortlessly scale whilst ensuring maximum data protection.”
