PHOENIX, Jan. 11, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Title Alliance, a family of full-service title insurance and escrow agencies, is excited to announce Tiana Brown as General Manager for Arizona. As General Manager, she will oversee all joint ventures in the state and ensure consistency to the TA Way Processes and Procedures and have ultimate accountability for profit and loss within the state.

Brown joins Title Alliance with a background in banking, fintech and mortgage lending. Beginning her career with Bank of America, Tiana moved her way into the mortgage industry as a Mortgage Loan Officer. She previously served in Senior Manager roles where she structured business strategies and implemented new processes and procedures for multiple organizations. Prior to joining Title Alliance, she served as Director of Consultant Operations where she led operations for all consultants and analysts functions within a global banking and fintech firm. She is a Six Sigma Greenbelt who believes in creating positive and inclusive experiences for her team members. Brown loves building strong teams and providing them with the resources and platforms to be successful while implementing structure into organizations. In addition to overseeing all joint ventures, she will also handle agent relations and navigate partner requests.
