Mangoni to Serve as Senior Regional Recruiting Director

PHILDELPHIA, April 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Lincoln Financial Network, the retail distribution division of Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE: LNC), today announced that Bill Mangoni has joined its Advisor Recruitment team as senior regional recruiting director, reporting to Chris Flint, Head of Advisor Recruitment. Mangoni is responsible for overseeing the recruitment of qualified financial representatives in the South East region.

Mangoni has been in the financial services industry for over fifteen years. Prior to joining Lincoln Financial Network, he served as an internal wholesaler for Delaware Investments. Past roles have included that of internal and hybrid wholesaler for Lincoln Financial Distributors, financial advisor at First Union Corporation and business development associate at The Vanguard Group.

Mangoni received a Bachelor's degree in Communications and an M.B.A in Marketing from Temple University. He has obtained designations including Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), as well as series 6, 7, 63, 65 registrations and Pennsylvania Life and Health licenses.
