Emerson (NYSE: EMR) announced it has acquired Avtron Loadbank. With over 50 years of experience, Avtron Loadbank's complete solution for testing power supply systems includes advanced data acquisition, control, and monitoring technologies. Avtron Loadbank will become part of Emerson Network Power's ASCO business. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
