Radvision Ltd (NASDAQ: RVSN) agreed to be bought by Avaya Inc for $230 million.The deal price of $11.85 per share represents a 57% premium over Radvision's average closing price in the previous 90 days. The deal is likely to close in 90 days.In the fourth quarter, Radvision posted a loss of $0.17 per share, excluding one-time items, versus year-ago earnings of $0.16 per share in the year-ago period. It had revenue of $21.8 million, versus $26.6 million in the year-earlier period. RVSN shares closed at $11.20 yesterday.
