Paramount Lodging Advisors (PLA) announced the addition of Cindy Swink as an associate of the company's growing Florida and Texas team.

Paramount Lodging Advisors (http://www.paramountlodging.com), a leading hotel advisory and hotel brokerage firm specializing in the acquisition, asset management, debt and equity placement, and disposition of hospitality assets across the United States, Canada and England, announced today that it has added Cindy Swink as a new associate.
Prior to joining Paramount Lodging Advisors, Swink worked for Team Aubuchon, a full service real estate firm in Southwest Florida. There she focused on multi-family and single family residential sales as well as residential lots. Swink also worked with a developer focusing on acquisition of large parcels of land for development, negotiation of contracts, as well as working with a consulting team to present real estate opportunities to city boards for review and approval.

Swink, who will split her time between PLA's Dallas and Naples offices, brings to the company over 7 years of real estate experience. She will be collaborating with Managing Director Mike Bou-Sliman and associate Kevin Down on hotel transactions in Texas and Florida.
