Fitch Ratings downgraded three Australian banks. Fitch lowered its credit rating on Commonwealth Bank of Australia Ltd (OTC: CMWAY), Westpac Banking Corp (NYSE: WBK) and National Australia Bank Ltd (OTC: NABZY) by one notch from "AA" to "AA-".
