MOCON, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOCO) announced today that on February 21, 2012, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of ten and one-half cents ($0.105) per share, payable on May 18, 2012, to shareholders of record on May 4, 2012. This is a five percent increase over the previous rate of ten cents per share.
