Globecomm Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: GCOM), a leading global provider ofcommunications solutions and services, announced today that its wholly ownedsubsidiary, ComSource has been awarded a one year Equipment Acquisition andEngineering Services contract from a telecommunications service provider (thecustomer) valued at up to $11.0 million. The Company has received funding inthe amount of $8.6 million and the customer has an option to provideadditional funding for the remaining amount throughout the contract term.
