Aimco's (NYSE: AIV) Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.18 per share on its Class A Common Stock for the quarter ended December 31, 2011, which is a 50% increase compared to the $0.12 per share dividend paid for the prior four quarters. The dividend is payable February 29, 2012 to shareholders of record on February 21, 2012. Aimco expects to pay quarterly dividends at the increased rate during 2012.
