Comcast Corporation announced today that on February 27, 2012, it will redeem$562.5 million principal amount outstanding of the $1.125 billion aggregateprincipal amount outstanding of its 7.00% Senior Notes due September 15, 2055 at a redemption price of $25.00 per Note, plus accrued but unpaid interest to, but excluding,the redemption date. The Notes are traded on the New York Stock Exchange underthe symbol “CCW”. The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. is thetrustee for the Notes.
