Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC (NYSE: RBS) sold its RBS Aviation Capital division to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp for 4.7 billion pounds ($7.3 billion). The deal is likely to close by the end of the third quarter.RBS shares gained 6.79% to $7.86 in pre-market trading.
