Kratos Defense & SecuritySolutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: KTOS), announced today that its Herley Industries, Inc. subsidiary has received anexclusive three year requirements contract with a potential value of $13.6million from a major prime contractor for the continuing production of flightsafety electronics hardware for five critical U.S. missile programs. To date,Herley has received first year contract award releases for two of theassociated programs valued at $2.21 million.
