Guggenheim Equal Weight Enhanced Equity Income Fund (NYSE: GEQ ) has declared its initial quarterly dividend of $0.4375 per share. This represents an annualized distribution rate of 9.75% based upon the closing market price of $17.94 on November 10, 2011 and an annualized distribution rate of 8.75% based on the initial offering price of $20.00 on October 27, 2011.
