BOSTON, March 11, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Blackbird Technologies settles another design patent infringement case, this time with elf Cosmetics.

In June 2019, Blackbird Technologies filed a patent infringement lawsuit against elf Cosmetics, Inc. on U.S. Patent No. D666,358, entitled "Face Sponge," in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware (19-cv-01150). The patent concerns a design for a novel makeup applicator sponge. Elf settled the case with Blackbird without admitting liability or infringement.
