Infineon Technologies AG (OTC: IFNNY) reported a 51% rise in its fiscal third-quarter net income on Thursday. Infineon's quarterly net income surged to €190 million, from €126 million in the year-earlier period. Its sales climbed 18% to €1.04 billion. Analysts were expecting a net profit of €166 million on sales of €1 billion.IFNNY shares dropped 2.03% to close at $10.14 yesterday.
