United Capital Corp. (NYSE: AFP) announced today that its common stock will cease trading on the NYSE Amex and transition to the OTC Pink tier, operated by OTC Markets Group, effective with the opening of business on Thursday, July 28, 2011. The Company's new symbol for trading on the OTC Pink tier will be UCAP.
