Braskem (NYSE: BAK) Brazil's largest chemical company, said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday that it would buy Dow Chemical's (NYSE: DOW) polypropylene business. The company will pay $323 million for the business, which is pending regulatory approval in the United States and Brazil.
