ACS, A Xerox Company (NYSE: XRX) today announced it signed a contract with Air Liquide USA LLC to increase the company's information technology capabilities in North America. Aimed at providing support for expanding business operations, the multi-million dollar agreement is for five-years with a two-year option. Under the terms of the contract, ACS will deliver a range of managed IT services to Air Liquide, the world leader in gases for industry, health and the environment, including: Private cloud services to help accelerate the rollout of new IT solutions and respond to core business needs. Transition IT services to the proprietary ACS Management Platform to help align the company's IT infrastructure with its overall business goals. Desktop engineering and service desk support designed to provide employees more uptime and better support services to help improve productivity.
