"This annual event also offers a forum to encourage more girls and women to consider a career in construction."

Thousands of NAWIC members across the US will engage in a variety of community outreach activities to provide information and resources highlighting the opportunities for women in the field of construction, including jobsite tours, membership drives, community service projects, children's activities, hands-on workshops, fundraisers, school programs and career days.
