NEW YORK, Jan. 2, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- MainStay MacKay DefinedTerm Municipal Opportunities Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE:MMD) today announced monthly dividend distributions of $0.085 per common share for the months of January, February and March 2020. This amount is consistent from the Fund's October, November and December 2019 dividend distribution, which was also $0.085 per common share.
