MONETT, Mo., Aug. 26, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ:JKHY) today announced its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.40 per share. The cash dividend on its common stock, par value $.01 per share, is payable on September 30, 2019, to stockholders of record as of September 9, 2019. At August 21, 2019, there were 77,000,307 shares of the common stock outstanding.
