NEWTON, N.C., May 20, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Peoples Bancorp of North Carolina, Inc., Newton, NC (NASDAQ:PEBK) declared the Company's regular cash dividend for the second quarter of 2019 in the amount of $0.14 per share. The second quarter cash dividend will be paid on June 14, 2019 to shareholders of record on June 3, 2019.
