The U.S. Air Force's Electronic Systems Center Capabilities Integration Directorate has awarded Accenture (NYSE: ACN) a 24 -month, $17.2 million contract to conduct risk reduction and prototyping for advanced command and control services. The engagement focuses on developing advanced decision support services, information exchange and system interoperability. Prototype solutions will be designed to improve decision making in the command and control process and assist with risk reduction for the warfighter.
