BOSTON, June 01, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Meridian Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ:EBSB), the holding company for East Boston Savings Bank, today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share, payable on July 3, 2018 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 19, 2018.
