SAN JOSE, Calif., May 30, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO) announced that earlier today its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per common share to be paid on July 25, 2018 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 6, 2018.

Cisco's previous quarterly dividend of $0.33 per common share was paid on April 25, 2018. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
