VANCOUVER, Dec. 1, 2017 /CNW/ - Citigroup Finance Canada ULC (formerly Citigroup Finance Canada Inc.) (the "Company") announces today that it has changed its name (the "Name Change") from "Citigroup Finance Canada Inc." to "Citigroup Finance Canada ULC".

On October 30, 2017, the Company was continued from the federal laws of Canada to the Province of British Colombia (the "Continuance") and then the Name Change was effected by way of an amalgamation (the "Amalgamation") of the Company and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company under the Business Corporations Act ( British Columbia), pursuant to which the amalgamated company was named Citigroup Finance Canada ULC. Copies of the Notice of Articles relating to the Continuance and Amalgamation as well as the Company's Articles of Association are available on the Company's SEDAR profile at www.sedar.com.

Citigroup Finance Canada ULC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Citigroup (NYSE:C).
