(OTC:COTE) (the "Company") was notified on September 19, 2017, that the San Felipe Mexico 40 M.W. project has been taken over by H2 Generacion LLC, a Delaware company. Project funding by a global business green energy group.

Coates International, Ltd. President and CEO, Mr. George J. Coates, comments: "This project is similar to the clean green energy project in Alpha, New Jersey but much bigger. We have been working incognito with each project.
