BEST Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

HANGZHOU, China, Sept. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- BEST Inc. ("BEST") (NYSE:BSTI), a leading and fastest-growing Smart Supply Chain service provider in China, announced today that it has priced its initial public offering of 45,000,000 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), each representing one of its Class A ordinary shares, at US$10.00 per ADS for a total base offering size of US$450 million. In addition, BEST and certain selling shareholders have granted the underwriters the right to purchase up to an additional 6,750,000 ADSs to cover over-allotments.

The ADSs are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on September 20, 2017, under the symbol "BSTI."
