Catamaran Corporation (NASDAQ:
CTRX) shares grew 24% to $59.90, on word the company and OptumRx have agreed to combine. OptumRx is UnitedHealth Group's free-standing pharmacy care services business. The agreement calls for the acquisition of Catamaran's outstanding common stock for $61.50 per share in cash. Share volume was 24.4 million, compared to an all-day average of 1.7 million
