For the sixth consecutive year, Campbell Soup Company (NYSE: CPB)
has earned a perfect score of 100 percent on the Corporate Equality
Index, as measured by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), the largest
lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organization
in the U.S.

Now in its 13th year, the index is the Human Rights Campaign
Foundation's annual report card of corporate America's treatment of LGBT
employees, consumers and investors. Businesses are rated on a scale of 0
to 100, based on the existence of corporate policies that support LGBT
people through anti-discrimination protection, domestic partner
benefits, diversity training, affinity groups, and LGBT-specific
engagement efforts.
Campbell earned a perfect score and the distinction of “Best Places to
Work for LGBT Equality.” Campbell's score also earned the company a spot
on the HRC's Buying for Equality 2015 list, a guide to businesses,
products and services that support LGBT equality.
