Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. WMT has unveiled its Walmart Pay in two States, i.e. Arkansas and Texas. Walmart pay is an easy, fast and secured way of paying in the chain of the biggest retailers. The company believes its payment tool would make the shopping experience much more comfortable and hassle free with its Walmart Pay.
With the availability of Walpart Pay in Arkansas, customers in the region has the opportunity of making first use of the checkout-changing service as it's available in each of the more than 110 Walmart stores in the state.
Similarly, there are over 480 Walmart stores in Texas, where customers could have first option to use the checkout-changing service as it was available in all the stores in the State.
The retailer said that built with the objective of enhancing how customers check out and dramatically expanding mobile payment access, its Walmart Pay was like no other mobile payments solution available currently. As a result of the launch, the company becomes the only retailer to offer its own payment solution, which works with any Android or iOS device at any checkout lane.
On Monday, the stock traded 1.02 percent higher.
