At Huron Healthcare, Mayberry will provide hospital and health system clients with IT consulting services to support an integrated approach to assessment and performance improvement offerings including the implementation and optimization of their current IT systems to aid sustainable cost savings. Smith has more than 25 years of experience leading provider and physician healthcare consulting engagements and developing solutions for premier integrated health systems, academic medical centers, and large physician practices. He rejoins Huron Healthcare from MedeAnalytics where he served as a senior vice president. At Huron Healthcare, Smith will focus on revenue cycle transformation initiatives and projects that redesign the billing and collection processes to generate measurable, sustainable cash flow and income statement improvement for leading hospitals and health systems across the country.
